Green Paradise Villa is a house with a perfect distribution to live, to rent or both at the same time. Because it has the second level with a Lock-off system, which gives you completely independent access. And, in this way, two separate habitable properties are obtained.

This place was thinking to let the people to feel living in the real Tulum Jungle with an elegant arquitecture and design details. This house was thinking to allow people in both floor to feel complety privacy so people from the second floor cant see the people of the first floor.
